Profhilo Structura is a NEW innovative injectable skin treatment containing one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid (HA) on the market. Stimulating the skin’s natural collagen and elastin production to lift the jawline and jowls.

HA-Dermas Profhilo Structura is the newest treatment in the Profhilo range. An advanced skin treatment, primarily used for adipose tissue restoration to enhance skin quality, texture, and overall firmness. It’s part of the Profhilo family of hyaluronic acid (HA) injectables, specifically designed to address skin aging and loss of elasticity.

Profhilo Structura is a variation of the classic Profhilo treatment, enriched with a unique combination of stabilised hyaluronic acid and specific ingredients to target deeper skin layers for a more structural rejuvenation. While standard Profhilo focuses on boosting hydration, Structura goes beyond by stimulating skin’s natural collagen and elastin production to improve skin tone, tightening and lifting sagging areas such as the jowls and jawline, and restoring youthful volume. 

Profhilo Structura is made of high-concentration hyaluronic acid (HA), a naturally occurring substance that helps maintain skin hydration and volume. HA has the ability to hold 1000 times its weight in water, which makes it effective in promoting deep hydration. Profhilo Structura treatment delivers 45mg/ 2mL to each side of the face, totalling 90mg of HA. to lift the jowls and restore naturally lost facial volume. 

The treatment works through a process called bioremodelling, a process that reverses tissue laxity. This helps improve skin elasticity and structure while enhancing collagen and elastin synthesis over time.

The treatment is minimally invasive, involving very few injection points as it is delivered through a cannula technique. This results in minimal risk of bruising and very little recovery time, meaning patients can carry on their daily activities quickly.

  • Ideal candidates are individuals with mild to moderate skin sagging or aging. Those looking for a more natural, subtle lift without invasive surgery. Individuals who want to improve skin quality, hydration, and structure, especially in areas with a loss of volume (like the jawline, cheeks, and neck).

  • Profhilo Structura is a course of 2 treatment sessions spaced 4 weeks apart, just like Profhilo, and just like Profhilo, Structura has minimal recovery time. However, as Profhilo Structura is delivered through a cannula technique there is only 1-2 small ‘sausage like lumps’ near the upper cheeks and lateral face (in front of the ear, above the jawline).

    As will all injectable treatments we advise no alcohol, saunas, steamrooms, spas, or excessive exercise for  72 hours post treatment. Do not rub or apply make-up to the treated area for 6 hours post treatment. We advise the application of daily SPF30+ sunscreen and avoidance of direct UV exposure for 3 days post treatment.

  • Results are typically seen 2-4 weeks after the final treatment session and will last between 6-12 months, depending on the individual.

  • Profhilo Structura and HA (Hyaluronic Acid) dermal fillers are both injectable treatments that improve skin quality, but they work in different ways and serve different purposes.

    Profhilo structura is a pure hyaluronic acid with no added cross-linking agents. Profhilo structura is runny, spreading evenly within the skin. It improves skin firmness, elasticity, and hydration. Results lasts up to 12 months and the treatment is best for skin laxity, fine lines and overall skin quality improvement.

    HA dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid with cross-linking agents for structure. The products are typically thicker which results in them stay in place where injected. HA fillers fills lines, restores lost volume, and enhances facial features. They last on average +18 months depending on the area treated and are best for volume loss, deep wrinkles and contouring.

    • If you want structural skin support, firming, and long-term rejuvenation, Profhilo Structura is ideal.

    • If you need instant volume, contouring, or wrinkle filling, HA dermal fillers are better.
